    Refund Policy
    In order to provide the best learning environment and maximize the effectiveness of training, we have limited class sizes. If you are unable to attend, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled training so we have the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by contacting Alec McGuire via phone: (616) 608-9684 or email: [email protected]. In the event that you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we are happy to offer you a credit toward a future training or transfer your registration to another participant.

    Class Size Policy
    To ensure the best experience for participants, this course requires a minimum of four attendees. If the minimum is not met, we’ll notify you in advance and reschedule or transfer your registration to a future session, based on your preference.
